Women’s Health Australia has joined forces with New Balance for the second instalment of brand extension Celeb Sweats, its new boutique consumer-facing fitness experience.

On Tuesday September 11, model, presenter and qualified personal trainer Laura Dundovic will host Total Body Burn, a 45-minute high intensity workout for an intimate group of 50 at the Blue Room in Bondi, with the support of New Balance’s newly released Fresh Foam Cruz Nubuck trainer.

The training session will be attended by Women’s Health super fans and key influencers in the fashion and fitness space, and follows the first highly successful Celeb Sweats session hosted by Pip Edwards – Co-Founder/Creative Director of activewear label P.E Nation – in July.

Jacqui Mooney, Editor of Women’s Health, said: “Our latest Celeb Sweats session with Laura and New Balance is yet another example of how we continue to grow into new spaces with like-minded partners, evolve the Women’s Health brand and, most importantly, engage with our audience of passionately committed health and fitness-lovers. Women’s Health is so much more than just a magazine, it’s a global multi-platform brand with female empowerment at its heart. We want our community to feel fitter, happier, healthier and more inspired, every single day, and know that this high-energy morning overlooking Bondi Beach will deliver all that and more.”

Joel Hanlon, Marketing Manager of New Balance Australia, said: “We’re thrilled to partner with Women’s Health for the second Celeb Sweats event. This partnership aligns with New Balance’s ethos to support everyday athletes in their pursuit of excellence and inspire them to be the exception in their everyday lives. It also is a terrific opportunity to launch the latest Fresh Foam Cruz Nubuck performance shoe to this audience, with our retail partner rebel.”

The boutique little sister of large-scale consumer event Fit Night Out, Celeb Sweats is an intimate fitness experience that gives the Women’s Health audience an exclusive opportunity to train and learn alongside high-profile trainers, talent and influencers in the health and wellness space.

This latest addition to Women’s Health’s event portfolio follows the launch of bespoke fitness pop-up Secret Sweats – hosted by New York-based master trainer Kirsty Godso – in April.

The second Celeb Sweats is yet another demonstration of how Women’s Health Australia continues to transform the brand – responding to the needs of its rapidly-growing audience of 828,000 women across print, digital and social – creating deeply engaging content while simultaneously offering bespoke opportunities for its commercial partners.
