Conditions of Entry - Step into Life - MH/WH Media offer
1. Information stated on the page on "how to redeem" the offers form part of conditions of redemption.
2. Offers are open to Australian residents only, except for employees and immediate families of the Promoter, associated companies and agencies. The Promoter is Pacific Magazines Pty Ltd, 35-51 Mitchell Street, McMahons Point NSW 2060 (ABN 16 097 410 896).
3. Total offer valued at up to $84 as at 19/05/08.
4. Offer No. 1: To redeem, visit the Step into Life website, www.stepintolife.com.au and register before 30/06/08 and click on the "free trial session" icon at the top of the homepage. Complete your details and select "Men's Health/ Women's Health Advertiser offer" in the drop down menu, then click on "Contact me about my free trial" and a Step into Life representative will call you.
4.1. Every qualifying acceptance will receive a total of four (4) Step into Life Personal Training sessions - two (2) sessions per week over two (2) consecutive weeks valued at a total of $56, valid from 19/05/08 until 30/06/08.
4.2. Training must be completed by 30/07/08. Any missed sessions will be forfeited and any unused sessions cannot be redeemed in any form after this date. Offer is subject to availability of space at classes when booking. Please retain your card and provide it to the personal trainer at your first session.
4.3. Offer valid for one person only.
4.4. Prior to your first training session you must complete a Health Evaluation form provided by Step into Life. The form can be supplied in hard copy at your first session or by email after booking.
4.5. This offer does not include a $77 per person membership fee should you wish to continue training after completion of the four initial (4) free sessions.
5. Offer No. 2: If you decide to sign up for membership by paying the one-off lifetime membership fee of $77, you will be eligible to receive a further two (2) free Step into Life Personal Training sessions included in the 3-month contract, valued at $28. One session per week attended during the contract period is $17 per session and 2 sessions per week is $14 per session. Once the 3 month contract is over you can continue ad infinitum on a month to month basis paying the relevant session price only.
5.1. Any missed sessions will be forfeited and any unused sessions cannot be redeemed in any form. The offer is subject to availability of space at classes when booking.
5.2. Offer No. 2 valid only for readers who have completed the Step into Life Offer No. 1 as outlined in clause 4.
6. Offers are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Offers are not valid in New Zealand. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other Step into Life offer.
7. The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the offer is final and binding on each person who accepts. No correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
8. Offers are subject to Step into Life's usual terms and conditions of use and membership.
9.The Promoter and Step into Life collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners' names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. 10. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered, including but not limited to direct or consequential loss, or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the redemption of the offers. Any change in value of the offers occurring between the publishing date and date the offers are claimed is not the responsibility of the Promoter.
